Ingredients:
1 smoked pork hock
1 chopped onion
2 carrots, 2 celery stalks
3 potatoes, diced
1 bay leaf, herbs of choice
6–8 cups water or broth
Directions:
Simmer hock in broth for 2+ hours until meat is tender. Add veggies, cook until soft. Shred meat into soup. Season to taste. Enjoy with crusty bread!
