Pork Lard
To render your own lard at home. Simply cut up your lard into small cubes and place in slow cook on high for 7 hours. This seperate the unwanted bits from the lard and purifies it. Pour your lard through a strainer to remove any solid bits left. Then allow the lard to cool and watch it turn to a pure creamy white texture. Lard is solid at room temperature and turns to liquid when warmed up. If you dont't plan on using your lard right away then put in freezer to save for later
